Registration 

Register early in order to guarantee your child a summer filled with lots of excitement, new friends and FUN! All registration forms and information can be found at GainesvilleSummerArtCamp.blogspot.com.   Registration paperwork must be received in order to guarantee your spot!  Download your Registration Form Here!

Drop-Off, Pick-Up & CAMP PAYMENT Procedures 

Drop-Off 
Camp drop-off is located at the Celebration United Methodist Church complex and starts at 9:00am.
Sign your camper in on the attendance sheet and write in the time of drop-off
Have your camper put their lunch on the labeled table and put on their name tag.
Campers then should proceed to their table.

Pick-Up 
All campers must be signed out of Summer Art Camp by a parent or authorized pick-up person. If your child is being picked up by someone other than a parent, please write the name(s) of these individuals on the registration form accordingly.  All persons picking up a camper must present a photo ID at pick-up.  Campers must be picked up at 2:00 PM.   If a camper is picked up late, a fee of $10.00 will be charged for each additional 15 minutes

Making Camp Payments 
Gainesville Summer Art Camp participants must pay all camp fees either (1) *Online, with a credit card, debit card, or echeck. or (2)  A check made payable to Gainesville Summer Art Camp.  Your camper will not have a secured space until check is received and cleared. A fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks. Important Notes

Lunch, Snacks & Water Bottles
Please send your camper with a lunch, snacks and a re-fillable water bottle labeled with their name.

Clothing 
Please be sure to have your camper wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.  Remember - Art Can Be Messy!  They may get paint on their clothes, so they should dress appropriately.  We will be making an art project every day.  Be sure that all projects are taken home at pick-up on a daily basis.

Lost & Found
We do have a Summer Camp Lost & Found that is located inside the classroom. Gainesville Summer Art Camp is not responsible for any lost items. All lost and found items will be discarded on the last day of Summer Camp so please plan to look for your belongings accordingly.

Bringing Toys From Home
Toys will not be needed during any sessions of Summer Art Camp. Please refrain from sending your camper with any additional toys or stuffed animals. Gainesville Summer Art Camp is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Misconduct
Any camper who is misbehaving will be directed to the Summer Art Camp Co-Director, Jenifer Rogan and the appropriate action will be taken. If such behavior continues, parents will be contacted and the camper may be asked not to return to camp for the safety of other campers and staff.


Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child have to go to camp all day? 
No, your child may leave early but the fees would still be the same.  If your child leaves early, the same pick-up requirements (as above) apply.

Can I register and pay for a class on the same day that camp begins?
Yes, if there are still spaces available.  Because we only offer the Art Camp and the spaces are limited, we expect to be fully booked early.  Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to guarantee your spot!

Will classes fill quickly?
Art Camp is very popular.  Spaces are limited.  We do expect for the spaces to fill quickly.  Depending upon how quickly the spaces are reserved, we may decide to add an additional week.  This is not guaranteed.  We will make this decision by the end of April.

If my child is going to camp every day this summer, do I need to pay for the entire summer at the time of registration?
No, you do not have to pay for the entire summer all at once and are able to pay for camp weekly.  However, we are offering a discount for multiple weeks paid up front.

Is Gainesville Summer Art Camp affiliated with Celebration United Methodist Church?  No.  We are renting the classroom space, but are not affiliated.
